- Expertly raised in an ASC-certified sustainable farm in Denmark’s countryside.
Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood and hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen - The standards for aquaculture in Denmark are some of the highest in the world.
- Fed a GMO-free, sustainable, nutrient-rich diet.
- The trout is caramelized on the outside, and buttery and flaky on the inside. It’s smoky, savory and the tiniest bit sweet.
