Space Camp Shipping Policy
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and shipping address. You can view the estimated shipping cost during checkout.
Shipping Carrier:
We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping. For international orders, we may use a variety of carriers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has been shipped and delivered to the shipping carrier, Space Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to work with the carrier, their local carrier office, and/or their neighborhood community to locate lost packages.
We recommend using a shipping address where you or someone you trust will be available to receive the package.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@space-camp.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
Products damaged or destroyed by the carrier are the carrier's responsibility, and claims should be made directly through their system.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been processed.
Shipping Restrictions:
We may not be able to ship to certain locations or for certain products due to shipping restrictions.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
