Refund policy

We at Space Camp want you to be happy with your stellar purchases! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased on our online store.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Unopened, unused, and unworn merchandise in its original packaging.
  • Clothing with tags still attached in new condition.
  • Defective or damaged items (please contact us immediately upon receiving such items).

What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Items that are not in their original packaging, opened, used, or worn.
  • Food items, perfumes, and cosmetics are considered final sale due to health regulations.
  • Clothing and shoes with bodily fluids/oils, dead skin, or make-up marks.
  • Any item that falls outside the 30-day return window.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at info@space-camp.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with further instructions.
  3. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the provided return slip.
  4. If Space Camp provides you with a return label, $5 will be deducted from your return.
  5. Ship the return package to the following address:

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note, original shipping cost will not be refunded.  

Exchanges:

While we don't offer instant exchanges, we recommend purchasing the replacement item separately to ensure a faster and more convenient process. Once your original return is processed, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
