Tampopo (タンポポ, Tanpopo, literally "dandelion") is a 1985 Japanese comedy film written and directed by Juzo Itami, and starring Tsutomu Yamazaki, Nobuko Miyamoto, Kōji Yakusho, and Ken Watanabe. The publicity for the film calls it the first "ramen Western", a play on the term spaghetti Western.
After a milk truck driver tells the owner of a noodle shop the ugly truth about her cooking, they depart in search of the perfect noodle recipe.
Ultimately, Tampopo encourages its viewers to prioritize skills and knowledge over faith in individuals of high status or authority. This message is embodied in Lai Lai's (and to a lesser extent Goro's) journey as she learns from a diverse group of individuals.
This selection was all too intense and unpleasant to me.
Love the pair of Dogabi mugs. Amusement in the shape of a mug and ergonomic comfort to use.
...For a piece of mind, the prismo is a safe gadget to use in comparison to future aeropress spills from using the inversion method. The prismo is very high-quality and engineered well. The metal filter is very fine and I don't find any grounds in my coffee. The result, even if not an outright espresso, is a richer, deeper, more concentrated cup of coffee. I recommend this product. Cleanup is also easy.
Complex flavor worth every penny. Will be a staple in kitchen for as long as I can find it . Excellent buy and great service and shipping
