INSTANT NOODLE INSTRUCTIONS: Toss the dried toppings on top of uncooked noodles, and add boiling water to cook as directed by the noodle instructions on the packaging.
FRESH NOODLE INSTRUCTIONS: Pour one serving of toppings into a small bowl, add boiling water to the toppings, and let sit for at least 3 minutes. Then, top your noodles.
