With a short, robust blade, the unique design centers the knife’s axis to facilitate easy oyster opening. Thanks to the Virobloc® locking ring, it will stay closed when you want it to and open only when needed!

While Opinel is known for its signature sharp blades, this knife features a blunted blade with a sharp tip, specific to oyster shucking. The padouk wood handle is resistant to swelling and is built to hold up well in humid or wet environments.
