1875 Le Petit Cartomancien - Petit Lenormand Deck & Guide
Le Petit Cartomancien is a 36-card Petit Lenormand deck first published in 1875 by B.P. Grimaud. It differs slightly from more modern Lenormand decks: some cards will be familiar to experienced Lenormand users, while others may be new to them.
Each card is meant to represent someone in a person's life, such as marchand (merchant/businessman), une veuve (widow), or une brune (a brunette). The deck was used in French salons to help navigate the complex, often political relationships maintained by Parisian socialites.
