ORIGAMI’s signature folded shape takes a lighter form in the Air Dripper. Made in Japan from lightweight, impact-resistant AS resin, it brings the same sculptural detail to your coffee routine in a practical design for home, travel, or brewing outdoors.

The Air’s 20 vertical ribs create air channels between the paper filter and the dripper, helping water flow smoothly through the coffee. Its resin construction helps limit heat loss during brewing, supporting a steady water temperature throughout extraction. Adjust your grind size and pouring technique to explore different flavors in your favorite beans.

HOW IT WORKS

Pour-over coffee uses gravity to draw hot water through ground coffee and a paper filter, collecting the brewed coffee in a cup or server below.

Place the dripper in a compatible holder over your cup or server.

Insert a correctly sized paper filter, rinse it with hot water, and discard the rinse water.

Add medium-ground coffee. A useful starting ratio is 20 grams of coffee to 320 grams of water.

Pour a little hot water over the grounds and wait about 30 seconds. This initial “bloom” releases trapped gas.

Slowly add the remaining water in stages, keeping the grounds evenly wet. Allow the coffee to finish draining, then remove the dripper and enjoy.

Compatible with both cone-shaped and wave-style paper filters, the Air lets you experiment with how filter shape changes the brew—even with the same beans.
