Cirque Colors - Nail Polish - Thirsty

Thirsty is a limited edition neon mint green crème nail polish. Cirque Colors neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color, and their UV-reactive properties mean they glow under black light. Opaque in 2–3 coats. Safe, non-toxic formula. Vegan and cruelty-free.

HOW TO USE

Shake well before use, as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply a base coat, then 2–3 thin coats of nail polish, and finish with a top coat. Use with the Cirque Colors Looking Glass Top Coat and Get Ready Base Coat for a long-lasting manicure.

NOTES

Neon polishes dry to a satin finish. Apply a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Store in a cool, dark place.
