HOW TO USE

Shake well before use, as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply a base coat and nail color, then apply Starry Eyed as a topper. While the topper is still wet, hold a Cirque Colors magnetic wand over it to activate the magnetic particles, then finish with a top coat. Use with the Cirque Colors Looking Glass Top Coat and Get Ready Base Coat for a long-lasting manicure.
