Mirror of Lilith - Scrying Mirror
The Mirror of Lilith is a scrying mirror used to invoke Lilith. It was designed according to the Munich Manual of Demonic Magic (15th Century) and is used in conjunction with a ritual called the "First Mirror of Lilith." A copy of the ritual is included. Although the ritual can be helpful, it is not required to use this mirror as a scrying tool.
SPECS: 5 in. wide x 6 in. long, made of acrylic with a black backing. The mirror fits in the hand and can be carried discreetly.
CARE: Clean with a soft cloth. The mirror ships with a protective film that should be removed prior to use.
BACKGROUND: Lilith's origin as a spirit of mirrors comes from the Zohar in Verse 920 of the Pekudei section, which associates her with a demon of vanity who arrives when someone looks into a mirror during the night of a new moon.
INSCRIPTION: The text on the edge of the mirror is Latin: Deus sanctus (Holy God), Deus omnipotens (Almighty God), Deus fortis (Strong God), Deus inmortalis (Immortal God), and Pater futuri seculi (Father of the World to Come).
