ADADA - Maia The Sheep - Large - Beige - NO CLOTHING
ABOUT MAIA
Maia spent her summers on the gentle peaks of the Pyrenees mountains, and her winters in a sheepfold at their foot. She loved her life, her friends, her walks, and the pastures. However, she hated the wool around her belly. In summer, when it was short — but not completely — she felt too hot, and in winter, when it was long, she thought she looked ugly. She only liked herself just after she had been sheared, for about one or two weeks. After that, she felt bad. So bad that she became depressed, isolated herself, and no longer wanted to bleat to anyone.
Xan, the shepherd, who adored his sheep, observed Maia and quickly understood that she didn't feel well when she was wearing her thick winter wool. He noticed she was only happy right after shearing. So he decided to shear her every three weeks and to make her lovely sweaters from her young wool, so she wouldn't be cold in winter. Xan became passionate about knitting and even started a little business. Maia loved wearing Xan's sweaters and parading among the other sheep with the shepherd's latest collections.
