GAMEPLAY

Use your deck of cards to perform up to 4 main actions per round
Main actions: build tea gardens, acquire cards, trade with caravans, ferment tea leaves, harvest tea
Secondary actions: navigate the river, produce tea cups, study at the university
Card strength determines the quality of each action
