DONA - Spice Dust - Masala Chai

Made from spices upcycled from DONA'S brewing process, Masala Chai Spice Dust is a light, aromatic powder for finishing DONA lattes.

How to pour a signature lunar latte:

• Mix equal parts DONA concentrate and milk in a steam pitcher.
• Steam to your desired texture and temperature, then pour into a cup.
• Cover half the latte with a to-go lid slightly larger than the cup.
• Using a small wire mesh sieve, dust the spice blend over the exposed half of the drink.
• Remove the lid and set it aside for reuse, then serve your crescent-moon-dusted latte.

After brewing, DONA sends the spices it cannot reuse to McEnroe Organic Farm in Upstate New York for composting.
