Villa Pastora is a family-run farm located in Palestina, Huila, founded by Mrs. Pastora Anacona in the 1980s. Her passion for coffee began when she planted the first trees on the property, starting a tradition that now spans three generations of the Mora Ortega family.

Today, the farm is managed by Álvaro Mora and Yulieth Mora, who continue this legacy with a focus on producing differentiated, high-quality coffees. Their work honors their family’s roots while embracing innovation and sustainable practices. Villa Pastora has become a model for consistency and care, with every harvest reflecting the dedication and craftsmanship of the Mora family. Álvaro and Yulieth emphasize both quality and community impact. They collaborate closely with local growers, sharing knowledge about fermentation and drying techniques to improve processing standards across the region. Their vision is one of continuous learning and mutual growth—raising the bar for specialty coffee in Huila.
