The warm flavors of clove, cinnamon, and ginger are the perfect way to greet a cold winter morning. Our Ginger Cookie Pancake + Waffle Mix is an homage to a family-favorite cookie recipe—specifically, Lindsey's Grandma Jenny's famous Ginger Cookies.
Grandma Jenny had all of the necessary elements of a storybook grandma - handmade aprons, teapots, hard candies, and cookies. Lindsey’s favorite was her Ginger Cookie, which Grandma Jenny would ship to Lindsey on her birthday - along with a card and a tube of toothpaste. We made them into a pancake mix!
